Challenge

InfoSum approached Milk Agency to build its consumer-facing language system and refresh its brand identity in order to differentiate its services and positioning in an increasingly complex, crowded, and regulated industry. 

Solution

The core of the challenge was rooted in the consideration of InfoSum’s vision, product differentiators and innovations in the marketplace, and company values. With the McKinsey report in hand, we partnered with the client’s key stakeholders - founders, clients, and partners - to create a refreshed brand and website for InfoSum. 

We first worked to unpack the product and develop a unique positioning, with key messages and content strategy that resonated with an ownable, clear lexicon. We then applied this strategy to inform our creative outputs - a brand book, featuring a future-forward logo visual identity and design templates; and a website, which took the existing encyclopedia-sized website and transformed it into an experience that was easy to use and understand with clear taxonomy and navigation.
